forfeited in the court of law or civil claim ,tattoos are permanent Every artist here has a blood-borne pathogens certificate and is trained. You have acknowledged you do not have any physical or mental and or disabilities which may affect your judgement. You understand that NOCTURNAL TATTOO has the right to refuse service to anyone that the employees deem to be at risk. You also agree to take care of my tattoo as directed by the artist that has been given to me. You are responsible for touch ups that are needed due to your faults in the aftercare procedure. In that case, you agree to pay for any damages or injuries to any persons or property or case NOCTURNAL TATTOO and you understand that the release form is to protect the artist and employees of NOCTURNAL TATTOO.
